Hemorrhoids can be divided into internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids. 1. Internal hemorrhoids: internal hemorrhoids are located above the end of the rectal dentate line, rectal submucosal dilatation, congestion and formation of soft venous masses, bleeding after stool, perianal moisture, itching and other symptoms, severe cases may have hemorrhoidal nuclei prolapse out of the anus, incarceration will be accompanied by pain. 2. External hemorrhoids: a mass formed below the dentate line, subcutaneous venous plexus or connective tissue hyperplasia. Patients will experience anal discomfort and moist symptoms, usually accompanied by itching, such as thrombus formation in the hemorrhoid nucleus, there will be obvious pain symptoms. 3. Mixed hemorrhoids: mixed hemorrhoids are hemorrhoids formed when internal and external hemorrhoids coexist in the same area and fuse with each other. The patient will appear bleeding after defecation, anal discomfort, perianal moisture, edema, pain and so on. Mixed hemorrhoids usually have more severe symptoms. When the patient appears hemorrhoids, should go to the hospital in time for consultation, clear cause of the disease, proactive cooperation with the doctor for corresponding treatment, follow the doctor’s instructions to perform, to avoid aggravation of the condition.
