What is the problem with hunger panic, shaking hands and weakness?

If you experience panic, hand tremors and weakness during hunger, this is most often due to a hypoglycaemic reaction. In patients with a previous history of diabetes, or with islet insufficiency, as well as impaired fasting glucose and abnormal glucose tolerance, panic, hand tremors accompanied by physical weakness may occur when blood glucose falls below 3.9 mmol/L. In this case, glucose must be given quickly orally or as an oral sugar solution, or sugar-containing foods can be given to correct the situation.
