Epilepsy has the common name crohn’s disease or sheep epilepsy. It is a chronic neurological disorder caused by sudden abnormal discharges of neurons in the brain resulting in transient brain dysfunction. There are many causes of the disease, including genetic factors and brain injury, which can lead to the onset of the disease, and the etiology is complex. The disease can cause systemic or systemic diseases, hypoxia leading to asphyxia, lower blood pressure, lower blood calcium, lower blood sugar and other symptoms, and some patients may also have complications such as phenylketonuria, uremia, organophosphorus poisoning, heavy metal poisoning and so on. The disease also has a necessary relationship with age. In the neonatal period and infancy, the disease may occur due to hypoxia, asphyxia, cranial injury, genetic metabolic diseases, etc. In childhood and adolescence, the disease may also occur due to the above causes. The causes in old age are more complex and may be due to cerebrovascular hemorrhage, brain tumors, metabolic diseases, genetics, etc. The incidence of the disease is higher in children than in adults, and the symptoms of the disease vary from person to person, some are generalized tonic spasmodic seizures, characterized by sudden onset of the disease with loss of consciousness and generalized tonicity and convulsions. Each attack usually lasts less than 5 minutes and often presents with clinical manifestations such as tongue bite and urinary incontinence. There are also episodes of loss of consciousness, with the typical appearance of sudden onset, sudden stillness of movement, staring, and only the most basic reflexes when called bystanders. It usually lasts for a few seconds and is also known as childhood epilepsy with loss of concentration. In China, the treatment of epilepsy is mostly controlled by medication, and epilepsy is usually medicated continuously, and medication can be considered to be stopped after three years or more. In the case of persistent status epilepticus, the drug of choice is Valium, which has a sedative and tranquilizing effect, and is commonly used in adults with insomnia or suffering from the need for sedation. The disease should be prevented by avoiding consanguineous marriage and staying away from radiation during the first trimester of pregnancy to avoid viruses. If the child has a fever, seek medical attention to avoid febrile convulsions to avoid brain damage. For care, you should avoid staying up all night, prolonged fatigue, and ensure the quality of sleep. Diet more light food to avoid taking caffeine and other drugs or food, wish patients a speedy recovery.
