Common heart diseases include coronary heart disease, myocardial disease, heart valve disease and pericardial disease.
1. Coronary heart disease: i.e. coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, atherosclerotic lesions occur in coronary artery vessels and cause narrowing or obstruction of the vascular lumen, resulting in myocardial ischemia, hypoxia, or necrosis and leading to heart disease with the common symptom of angina pectoris, and myocardial infarction in severe cases.
2. Myocardial diseases: myocardial lesions caused by different etiologic factors, resulting in myocardial mechanical and electrical dysfunction. Common symptoms are ventricular dilatation or hypertrophy.
3. Heart Valve Disease: Includes heart valve stenosis and closure insufficiency. It can lead to hemodynamic changes, which leads to atrial and ventricular structural changes and dysfunction, and eventually symptoms of heart failure and arrhythmia.
4. Pericardial disease: common symptoms are pain in the retrosternal and precordial areas, and pericardial friction can be heard at the same time.
If cardiac discomfort occurs, should consult the doctor in time and follow the doctor’s advice.
