The survival time of patients with intermediate breast cancer is determined by lymphatic metastasis, pathological type and treatment, and cannot be generalized. Patients with mid-stage breast cancer mostly have lymphatic metastases, and the treatment is based on surgery with radiotherapy and other comprehensive treatments, and the survival time of patients varies. If the pathological type of tumor is good and the number of lymphatic metastases is relatively small, the survival rate of patients can be about 80% in 5 years after thorough lymph node dissection during surgery, and even longer in some patients. If the pathological type of tumor is poor and the number of lymphatic metastases is high, or if the tumor cells have started to invade distant organs, the 5-year survival rate of patients is lower, only about 40%. During the treatment period, patients need to pay attention to strengthen the nutritional intake and improve their own immune function, which has a positive effect on prolonging the survival time.
