An increasing number of patients with precordial disease are now being treated by interventional methods without open surgery, including: 1. stenosis (diaphragmatic); 6, simple aortic stenosis7, aortic constriction (diaphragmatic or restrictive); 8, coronary artery fistula (most of them); 9, simple mitral stenosis; 10, main pulmonary septal defect; 11, restrictive pulmonary arteriovenous fistula; 12, combination of some of the above malformations; 13, others.
