What is prostatitis?

The actual fact is that you can find a lot of people who have been in the business for a long time. The next thing I would like to do is to introduce the basics of prostatitis to you one by one.
There are three kinds of prostatitis.
1, acute and chronic bacterial prostatitis.
2, acute and chronic non-bacterial prostatitis.
  3, prostate pain.
The causes of its onset are mainly divided into.
  1, urinary tract infections.
2, history of urological operations, such as: catheterization, surgery, etc.
3, contact diseases, such as: unclean sexual life.
4, urinary reflux within the prostate, etc. And fatigue, cold, excessive alcohol consumption are its main causative factors. Its main sub-causal strain is E. coli. The main reason for its delayed recurrence is the very low concentration of drugs in the prostate tissue and prostate fluid.
  Classification
  1. Acute bacterial prostatitis.
The main clinical symptoms are sudden onset of high fever, chills, with frequent urination, urgent urination and incomplete urination. The treatment is fast and effective anti-infection treatment, the treatment cycle to control the temperature and symptoms after continuing to take consolidation therapy for a week, generally at least two weeks. The commonly used drugs are: erythromycin, clindamycin and cotrimoxazole. The third generation cephalosporins are also available.
  2, chronic bacterial prostatitis.
The clinical manifestations are: different urinary tract irritation symptoms, such as: urinary frequency, urinary urgency, painful urination, increased nocturia; some patients urinate white mucus at the end, and with perianal, perineal, groin, lumbosacral discomfort. The treatment principle is the same as that of acute bacterial prostatitis. The recommended treatment period is 4-6 weeks.
  3. Non-bacterial prostatitis.
The clinical presentation varies, with complaints of urinary tract irritation; discomfort in the perineum, perianal area, pelvic area and perineal genital area. Sometimes it is also manifested as: pain and discomfort after ejaculation.
Its treatment is mainly divided into two aspects.
1, life conditioning. Include: avoid alcohol, spicy, staying up late, avoid holding urine; regular life and rest, positive attitude to life; moderate sex life; keep the bowels open; appropriate exercise.
2, taking antibiotics. Such as three generations of cephalosporins, to continue to take a week after the relief of symptoms.
At present, the clinical mainly non-bacterial prostatitis is common, its treatment should be life conditioning and drug combined strike.
