Modern people’s life is getting faster and faster, rest time is getting less and less, work intensity is getting more and more, subhealth state has become a common health condition in modern times. Especially among intellectuals and white-collar workers, the number of subhealthy people is increasing. According to a global survey conducted by the World Health Organization, 5% of people are truly healthy, 20% are suffering from diseases, and the remaining 75% are in a non-healthy, non-disease intermediate state. Sub-health, with chronic fatigue as the main symptom, is a major problem that threatens human health in the 21st century, and its incidence is increasing year by year. The study of subhealth states includes many disciplines such as sociology, psychology, clinical medicine, preventive medicine, environmental science, lifestyle and genetics. How to reduce the third state (sub-healthy state) of the population, increase the first state (healthy state) of the population has become the recent domestic and foreign medical research hotspots. 1, what is called sub-health sub-health, also known as the third state, also known as the gray state, pre-morbid state, including no clinical symptoms or mild symptoms, but has potential pathological information. It is a state between health and disease. It was first proposed in the 1980s by a Soviet scholar, Professor N. Buchman, through his research, and its meaning is that the body is free from disease but feels unhealthy. The manifestations of subhealth are complex. The more common ones are reduced vitality, responsiveness, adaptability and immunity, physical fatigue, easy to catch a cold, tiredness upon slight movement, weak sweating, loss of appetite, headache, insomnia, anxiety, incompatibility in interpersonal relationships, disharmony in family relationships, sexual dysfunction, etc. Sub-health is a state of low quality of health and its experience between health and disease in terms of physical and mental emotions. It is currently the greatest threat to human health and causes more than 1/3 of all deaths worldwide. Sub-health states are constantly changing and developing, and can be transformed into either a healthy state or a disease state, depending on self-care measures and one’s own immunity level. The direction of transformation depends on the self-care measures and the level of immunity. By strengthening the management of life, insisting on self-care and reasonable adjustment of dietary structure, the subhealthy state can be transformed into a healthy state, and vice versa into a disease state. Sub-health is common in countries and regions with advanced economy and fierce social competition, and the number of people is increasing year by year, which has become one of the hot spots of medical research in the international community. The study of sub-health states, is an important part of the life sciences research in this century. Although the symptoms of sub-healthy state is in the medical field, but it is inseparable from the social environment, economic and cultural, psychological factors and their own constitution. The concept of subhealth is the full embodiment of the new health thinking of modern people who pay attention to health and disease prevention. 2, the causes of sub-health state (1) bad behavior habits Modern society work and life rhythm accelerated, the load increased, irregular life, lack of rest and sleep, long-term stay up late, very easy to occur fatigue, and fatigue is an important factor that endangers health. Busy work, study and social entertainment make it difficult for people to work and rest according to a fixed rest time. This irregular lifestyle, which violates the operation of the biological clock, will inevitably affect the normal metabolism of the human body. Over time, it is easy for people to be in a subhealthy state. In addition, a variety of unhealthy lifestyles, such as heavy smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, long hours of work, lack of necessary physical exercise, lack of sleep or excessive rest, and indiscriminate use of health care drugs, are also factors that lead to a state of sub-health. (2) Poor lifestyle ① Irrational diet. At present, many people’s diets are still based on traditional low-protein, high-calorie foods, which can easily make the body consume too many calories but not enough nutrients. ② Too many artificial additives contained in the processed foods consumed. The short maturation period of artificially raised poultry is also one of the reasons for the lack of many important nutrients in the human body and the metabolic dysfunction of the organism. In addition, many people lack good eating habits, such as not paying attention to breakfast, or breakfast quality is too low, or even do not eat breakfast, so that the body is often in a state of hunger, resulting in frequent lack of oxygen to the brain, which affects the normal secretion of adrenaline, growth hormone, thyroxine and other endocrine hormones, serious depression, panic, weakness, blurred vision, hypoglycemia, fainting and other symptoms. There are also some people who diet for a long time or have partial eating habits in order to lose weight, resulting in a serious lack of nutrients and calories in the organism, which is also one of the dietary factors leading to the sub-healthy state. (3) The influence of psychosocial stress Social competition is fierce and life is too stressful. In this era of competition, everyone faces the threat of being “fired” and laid off, and in order to maintain their positions, they have to bear more and more pressure and get stuck in more and more conflicts. Interpersonal relationships are complex, with tensions between superiors and subordinates or colleagues. Social relationships become complex due to various intertwined conflicts of interest, making it more cautious and difficult for everyone to establish and handle interpersonal relationships. Encountering life events, such as divorce, widowhood, unemployment, involvement in legal disputes, excessive financial burdens; mechanized and formulaic life, work and study, which take up most of people’s time, make emotional communication between people become less and less, and loneliness becomes a prominent feature of people’s existence. All these factors can make people produce various negative emotions, which is an important risk factor causing subhealth. If a person’s ability to bear and self-regulate is poor, and he or she is not able to adjust his or her mind in time and resolve the pressure at any time, he or she will be under too much psychological pressure and overthinking. Mental tension for a long time, resulting in long periods of brain overload, brain fatigue will not only cause poor sleep, but also affect the body’s neurohumoral regulation, resulting in disorders of the plant nervous system, endocrine system dysfunction, which in turn affects the normal physiological function of the body systems. The continuous negative emotions are accompanied by certain pathophysiological changes, and long-term depression can significantly weaken the immune surveillance function and gene repair function of the body, inducing the occurrence of diseases. Long-term high tension and psychological stress can increase sympathetic nerve tension, vascular spasm, promote the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease, hypertension and stroke. (4) serious environmental pollution industrial development, the increase in vehicles and population, so that environmental pollution problems become increasingly serious, atmospheric pollution, noise pollution, water pollution, etc. on the human cardiovascular system and the nervous system will have many adverse effects; as the city more high-rise buildings, traffic congestion, housing tension, office space is small, making the concentration of negative oxygen ions in the air is low. And long-term living in this space, the human blood oxygen concentration and tissue cells on the utilization of oxygen will be reduced, thus affecting the normal physiological function of people, so that people feel irritable and depressed. (5) The influence of other factors Differences in personality traits also play a special role in the formation of sub-health states. In addition, the natural aging of the human body, the low tide of the biological clock, and the decline in the quality of people’s emotional life can also cause people to develop subhealthy states such as lack of physical strength, low energy, and reduced social adaptability.
