Low back pain associated with rheumatic diseases

Rheumatic diseases are a large group of pain-related disorders. Among them, low back pain is a very important aspect. In addition to osteoarthritis (osteophytes), lumbar disc lesions (slipped and herniated discs) and osteoporosis (fractures), spondylolisthesis (including i ankylosing spondylitis) is a very important disease associated with rheumatism and is more frequently consulted online. With the development of medicine, there has been a great progress in the diagnosis and treatment of these diseases. Currently, the rheumatology community classifies them into early spondyloarthritis and advanced spondyloarthropathies. The ocular manifestations of the disease: recurrent episodes of iridocyclitis, are also a symptom that plagues many patients. Although the prognosis for a single episode of iridocyclitis in these patients is fair, the damage to the eye (iris adhesions, glaucoma) from frequent recurrent episodes (as many as 1 or 2 per month) is not negligible in terms of visual images.
