Etiology and treatment of perianal abscess

In the acute stage of treatment, local care (keep the local clean and dry, try not to use diapers, and keep the local exposure), treatment of diarrhea, such as no other symptoms of infection, it is recommended not to take oral or intravenous application of antibiotics, so as not to aggravate the diarrhea; can warm water sitz bath, can add a small amount of potassium permanganate, or Chinese medicine sitz bath; local nodules are hard can be used topical Baidoban and other local anti-inflammatory, such as local fluctuations, indicating abscess   Recently, many children with immune abnormalities have had perianal abscesses as newborns or infants, so it is recommended to exclude immune system diseases in children with persistent perianal abscesses.
