On-site resuscitation of fractures

In case of a fracture, the treatment of on-site resuscitation must be different depending on the fracture site. If the fracture of the limb is obviously misaligned, it can be splinted or externally fixed with a brace, and then quickly sent to the hospital for relevant examination and treatment. If the fracture is open and the end of the fracture is clearly penetrating the skin, the fracture should not be reset immediately, but covered with a clean cotton pad and then fixed externally and sent to the hospital for emergency treatment. In the case of spinal fractures, such as cervical fractures, external fixation with a cervical perimeter is necessary, and lumbar fractures must be externally fixed with a lumbar perimeter, and then the patient must be transported by using a spinal board so that the patient lies flat.
