Non-alcoholic fat prevention is the first priority, and the treatment is based on the whole picture.

The prevalence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is increasing and has become one of the three major liver diseases that endanger human health. The prevalence of NAFLD in China has also shown an increasing momentum, and the number of clinical consultations is increasing. NAFLD is considered as a pathological manifestation of metabolic syndrome in the liver, which is associated with obesity, lipid metabolism disorder, type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance and hypertension. Therefore, the treatment of NAFLD cannot be limited to the liver alone, but needs to be holistic and comprehensive to try to improve various metabolic disorders and reduce the adverse factors of liver damage, and on this basis, reduce steatosis and inflammation, stop the progression of liver fibrosis and reduce the occurrence of cirrhosis.
