Uterine smooth muscle tumor, also known as uterine fibroids, is a relatively common disease of the uterus. Whether uterine fibroids need to be cut depends on clinical manifestations, such as the size of the fibroids and whether there are some symptoms. Under normal circumstances, if the fibroids are not large in size, there are no complications, there is no combination of menstruation, dysmenorrhea, or excessive blood, and the fibroids are within 5cm in size, clinical observation is possible and surgery is not required. If the fibroids are combined with prolonged menstruation, increased menstrual bleeding or multiple fibroids with myoma degeneration, and the patient has no need for fertility, hysterectomy can be performed.
