Case study of cesarean section scar growth

Many mothers encounter the problem of cesarean scars after delivery, which not only affect the appearance, but also produce painful and itchy symptoms. How to repair cesarean scars? Here is a case study. The first thing to look at is the reason for the formation of hyperplastic scars: if the skin repair function is stimulated by skin tension, wound infection, foreign body retention, etc. during the recovery process after surgery, the cell arrangement is disturbed and the hyperplastic scars are formed by excessive proliferation of fibroblast connective tissue. Cesarean delivery hyperplasia scars are protruding from the skin surface, with different shapes of “centipede” and stripes depending on the horizontal and vertical cuts, with local swelling, redness, congestion, solidity and toughness, gradually thickening with time, occasionally accompanied by burning pain and itching. This patient is a typical cesarean scar hyperplasia. After the consultation, a scar repair plan of surgical excision with super-reducing fine sutures was developed. After the surgery, the hyperplastic scar tissue was successfully removed. The post-operative recovery was also very satisfactory. From the photos taken during the return visit, the original earthworm-shaped scar on the lower abdomen had turned into a faint thin line. The beauty-conscious moms and dads want to use various methods to get rid of scars, some of which are not guaranteed and may even leave scars on scars! The actual results are not guaranteed, and you can also avoid “secondary scarring, spending money ineffective”.
