Will cesarean scar growths resolve gradually?

Cesarean scar growths may slowly resolve, but in some patients they may not disappear completely. Cesarean scar hyperplasia usually begins to appear 2 months after the cesarean delivery (pre-scarogenesis), is most visible for about 0.5 to 1 year, eventually softens and thins on its own, and the whole process from proliferation to maturation can last 2 to 3 years, culminating in partial or complete remission, or may remain unremitting for life.
