Hypertension should be exercised for weight loss by aerobic methods and moderate intensity. It is recommended to engage in regular physical activity, and exercise methods such as jogging, walking, swimming, cycling, and tai chi can be considered. Overweight and obesity can put the risk of primary hypertension as high as 65%-70%, while weight loss of 10 kg or more can correspondingly reduce systolic blood pressure by 5-20 mm Hg. Exercise for weight loss as a strategy for the treatment of hypertension is not only applicable to weight loss, but also to maintenance and prevention of weight gain after weight loss. Be active for at least about 30 minutes a day during the week. Total caloric expenditure should be 100-200 kcal in a week.
