If these symptoms persist for more than 3 months, the combined sequelae are considered to be post-traumatic brain injury syndrome. 2. If the skull fracture is accompanied by more serious intracranial contusions, the patient may have neurological dysfunction, sensory dysfunction and limb dysfunction after recovery, and epilepsy may occur. 3. Open cranial brain injury may be complicated by intracranial infection.
