The treatment required after breast cancer surgery mainly includes chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and even molecular targeted drug therapy as well as local limb exercise, as follows: 1. chemotherapy: breast cancer usually requires chemotherapy after surgery to reduce the risk of recurrence; 2. radiotherapy: if the number of axillary lymph nodes cleared on the same side is more than 2-3, local radiotherapy is usually required to reduce the risk of recurrence; 3. molecular targeted therapy If the breast cancer is HER-2 positive, molecular targeting drug, Herceptin, is usually needed to improve the cure rate; 4.Local exercise: Because breast cancer surgery, especially radical surgery, usually involves complete removal of the unilateral breast and clearance of the ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes, local axillary pain and discomfort will occur after surgery. Therefore, local exercise is needed for recovery.
