Recommended diet for wrist pain and limited palmar flexion

  Painful wrist swelling and limited palmar flexion activities mostly occur in patients with distal radius fractures, with painful wrist swelling and especially limited palmar flexion activities. A distal radius fracture is a fracture within 2 to 3 cm above the articular surface of the distal radius. Distal radius fractures are common, accounting for about 1/6 of all fractures in the body. Patients with painful wrist swelling and limited palmar flexion should eat a diet high in calcium; more high-protein foods; and more vegetables and fruits. The following foods are recommended to be eaten in moderation: 1. Milk contains high protein and high calcium to promote the recovery of fracture. It is recommended to drink 500ml per day. 2, ribs Rich in high protein, high calcium nutrients, conducive to fracture recovery. It is recommended to eat about half a pound per day.  3, chicken Rich in high protein, high calcium nutrients, conducive to fracture recovery. Suggest 2-3 taels per day.  4.Duck meat is rich in high protein and calcium nutrients, which is good for fracture recovery. Recommended 2-3 taels per day.  5, fish rich in high protein, high calcium nutrients, conducive to fracture recovery. It is recommended that about half a pound per day.  6.Soybean Rich in vegetable protein. It is recommended that about two to three taels per day.  7, lean meat rich in high protein, high calcium nutrients, conducive to fracture recovery. It is recommended to eat one or two per day.  8.Goat’s milk is rich in animal protein, which is beneficial to the recovery of fracture. It is recommended to eat about 500ml per day.  9.Cabbage is rich in high protein nutrients. Promotes the recovery of fracture.  10.Spinach Rich in vitamin C. Good for fracture recovery.  11.Radish is rich in vitamin nutrients. Promotes the recovery of fracture.  12.Winter melon is rich in vitamins and essential trace elements. Good for fracture recovery.  13.Tomatoes are rich in vitamin C and other essential vitamins. Promotes the recovery of fracture.
