Tumors occurring in the parapharyngeal space are relatively rare. Due to the deep and hidden anatomical location and complex adjacent relationships, they are not easily detected at an early stage, and the tumors often adhere to large blood vessels and nerves, so it is a great challenge for head and neck surgeons to remove the tumors. The patient was 31 years old, mainly due to dizziness and headache for more than 10 years, and was admitted to the hospital with a right parapharyngeal space mass found during the cranial MRI. There was no recurrence at 3 years of follow-up.
