How to prevent breast cancer in white-collar women

  Breast cancer has become one of the most rising malignant tumors in China, which used to occur in older women aged 50 to 60, but nowadays it has approached young and middle-aged women. Over nutrition, high protein and high fat diet make estrogen always maintain at a high level, stimulating breast hyperplasia, which is accompanied by cell mutation. Some women today pay too much attention to maintenance and often take or estrogen-containing supplements, such as pollen, royal jelly, various oral liquids and other health products. In fact, these practices are not advisable, too much estrogen intake can induce breast tumors. In addition, due to the accelerated pace of work and stressful pressure, coupled with a less regular diet, urban women are prone to dysfunction of the endocrine system, leading to a decrease in immunity and a higher incidence of breast cancer.    When it comes to prevention, it is believed that: firstly, maintaining a normal weight, excessive fat accumulation, increased estrogen production, constant stimulation of the breast, over time, will easily lead to breast cancer; secondly, eating less fried, puffed food, ice cream and other high oil, high fat food, do not take drugs and health products containing estrogen at will, eat more vegetables, fruits and fresh fish; thirdly, learning to relieve mental stress and keep a happy mood.
