Anal sinusitis and anal cryptitis, often the foci of infectious diseases in the rectal area of the anus, are easily overlooked because the symptoms are not heavy. I. Diagnostic basis (a) symptoms 1. painful anal discomfort and hidden pain, aggravated by defecation. 2. Mucus and blood are often present in the stool. 3.Anal papilla can be prolapsed outside the anus when it is enlarged. (2) Signs 1. The opening of the anal sinus is upward, which is easy to accumulate feces and cause infection, resulting in spasm of the anal sphincter and poor drainage of the anal sinus. The infection is not easily controlled, causing inflammation and hypertrophy of the anal papilla. 2.Anal finger examination for sphincter tension, hard nodules and tenderness of anal sinus and papillae. 3.Anoscopic examination of anal sinus and anal papillae are congested and red and swollen. Treatment 1.Liquid paraffin 10ml orally 3 times a day, or 30ml orally once a day. 2.Hot water sitz bath, 1-2 times a day. 3.Excision of inflamed anal sinus and papillae, and finger dilation starting on the third day after surgery. 4.Hemorrhoid suppositories and hemorrhoid cream. 5.Anti-infection treatment.
