Chicken Nei Jin Bai Shu generally can not cure lipoma, lipoma can be based on the size, whether it affects aesthetics, whether the pressure, etc., the choice of follow-up or surgical removal.
Chicken Neijin has the efficacy of eliminating food and strengthening stomach, astringent essence and stopping emission (consolidating semen, preventing and controlling spermatorrhea), which is mainly applied to the treatment of dietary stagnation, pediatric chancre (a kind of children’s chronic disease, manifested as emaciation, dietary anomalies, abdominal distension, thinning and yellowing of hair, etc.), lithiasis and gonorrhea (urination increased in frequency, drenching and astringent), and dental chancre and mouth ulcers.
Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae has the efficacy of tonifying qi and strengthening the spleen, drying dampness and inducing diuresis, stopping sweating and tranquilizing the fetus. It is mainly used in the treatment of spleen deficiency and drink stoppage, spleen qi weakness (weakness of the spleen qi), spleen stagnation, phlegm and drink (pathological products formed by the impaired metabolism of water and liquid), excessive sweating due to the lack of consolidation of the muscular surface, and restlessness of the fetus.
Neither of the above drugs is indicated for the treatment of lipoma. When the lipoma is small and has no obvious effect, it can be followed up regularly; when the lipoma is large and affects the aesthetics or has pressure symptoms, it can be surgically removed.
