Is chicken pox the same as chicken pox?

Chickenpox generally refers to chickenpox, and the two are the same, but chickenpox is the more formal name and chickenpox is an alias. Chickenpox refers to an infectious disease that is caused by the chickenpox-herpes zoster virus after it infects a person. This virus causes chickenpox when first infected and shingles when it becomes active again. Shingles is a separate disease from both chickenpox and varicella and is called snakebite. Chickenpox is a disease that is accompanied by significant itching, and the rash pattern over the body can be seen as red papules, herpes, and crusts, and often all three rash patterns can be seen at the same time. It is more common on the trunk and less common on the extremities. The disease is contagious, and if others have not had chickenpox and have not been vaccinated, they can easily be infected.
