Is a second-degree murmur a heart attack?

A grade 2 murmur is a result of cardiac auscultation and does not determine the presence of heart disease. A heart murmur can be physiological, for example, a murmur can be heard in adolescents during auscultation of the heart, which may be related to the contraction of the adolescent’s heart muscle, and the blood flow through the heart valves will produce a vibration and a murmur, which is usually a grade 2 murmur. Heart valve disease can cause a heart murmur. In the early stages of the disease, the condition is relatively mild and can manifest as a secondary murmur, such as mitral stenosis, and some mild congenital heart disease can also have a secondary murmur, such as atrial septal defects. The heart murmur of the second degree can be caused by reason or pathology, the murmur of the patient is recommended to go to the hospital for cardiac ultrasound examination, to clarify whether there is a pathology of the disease.
