Urticarial vasculitis, known as hypocomplementemic vasculitis, usually takes months to years to treat and its healing time varies from person to person. Urticarial vasculitis is a kind of autoimmune vasculitis involving small blood vessels. Its pathogenesis is not clear, and may be related to autoimmune diseases, infections, drugs, tumors and so on.
