Is the fear of wind and cold rheumatism?

Many patients appear to be affected by wind, cold and dampness after the neck, lumbar spine, limbs pain or numbness aggravated, they think they have “rheumatism”, often take a lot of Chinese herbal medicine to treat “rheumatism”, but it is difficult to see the effect, they really suffer from ” rheumatism”? Rheumatism is a group of diseases that mainly affect joints, bones, muscles, blood vessels and related soft tissues or connective tissues, most of which are autoimmune diseases. Most of them are autoimmune diseases. In a broad sense, all diseases that cause pain in bones, joints and muscles can be classified as rheumatic diseases. To date, there are more than 100 rheumatic diseases in the broad sense, including infectious, immune, metabolic, endocrine, hereditary, degenerative, tumorigenic, endemic, toxic and other diseases caused by various reasons. In a narrow sense, it should be limited to a few dozen diseases in the immune-related category of internal medicine. Some of these diseases are still interdisciplinary, such as gout, osteoarthritis, and infectious arthritis. Rheumatic diseases are a group of autoimmune diseases that invade multiple tissues, systems and internal organs. Immune inflammatory reactions of varying degrees can cause damage to various tissues and organs, severely affecting their normal function. It can even cause fatal damage. In fact, the symptoms mentioned at the beginning of the article should be called “myofasciitis”, which is also known as “low back muscle injury”, “low back fibrositis”, and “low back fasciitis”. The acute onset of myofasciitis can be triggered when the body is stimulated by external factors such as wind and cold, fatigue, trauma or improper sleep position, etc. Acute or chronic injury or strain to the muscles, ligaments and joint capsule of the shoulder, neck and waist is the basic cause of the disease. Due to the lack of thorough treatment in the acute stage and the transition to chronic; or due to repeated strain, wind and cold and other adverse stimuli, the patient can repeatedly appear continuous or intermittent chronic muscle pain, soreness and weakness and other symptoms. Disease symptoms 1, local muscle pain: chronic persistent soreness and swelling pain or dull pain, pain in the form of tightness or heavy pressure, can occur in the waist, back, sacrum, buttocks, legs, knees, soles of the feet, neck, shoulders, elbows or wrists, etc. 2.Ischemic pain: pain can be triggered by local cold or general fatigue, cold weather, waking up with pain during late night sleep, stiffness and pain in the morning, relieved after activity but often aggravated after long working hours or in the evening, and can be aggravated when inactive or overactive for a long time or even when in a bad mood. 3.Fixed pressure pain point: During physical examination, the patient is found to have tension, spasm, bulge, contracture or stiffness in one side or local muscles. The location of the pressure point is often fixed near the starting point of the muscle or the intersection of two groups of muscles in different directions, and painful hard nodes or painful muscle cords can be felt in the deep part of the pressure point. 4. There may be a history of local or adjacent injury, and the incidence is more common in women than in men. Fasciitis, if left untreated, can aggravate lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis and other diseases, adding more pain and making treatment more difficult. In addition, patients often have difficulty concentrating on their studies and work because of back pain, and many even suffer from anxiety, depression and other psychological problems as a result. And as time goes on and the disease progresses, fasciitis can lead to problems with the entire spine. Disease treatment 1, de-cause: such as anti-rheumatoid, anti-inflammatory, loosening the scar; 2, improve blood supply: exercise, massage, heat therapy (infrared, laser, cupping, acupuncture) and other effective but not healing, high recurrence rate; 3, anti-inflammatory and analgesic: can reduce symptoms and improve the quality of life; 4, physical exercise: anti-gravity muscle exercise. 5.Anti-depressant treatment. 6.Elimination of tenderness point: more than half of the patients can be relieved by resting symptoms, hot compresses, massage can dissipate nodules, the closure of painful nodules is also quite effective, but clinically many patients with stubborn symptoms and long-standing treatment need surgery or minimally invasive treatment.
