Treatment of rheumatoid rheumatism

Rheumatic diseases are a large group of diseases that have different causes, but all involve joints and their surrounding tissues, and are mostly chronic. Rheumatoid diseases mainly refer to rheumatoid arthritis, which is a kind of rheumatic diseases. For the treatment of rheumatic diseases, first of all, it is necessary to clarify the specific kind of disease. Treatment mainly includes health education guidance, anti-rheumatic medication, and surgical treatment. Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease with joint inflammation as the main manifestation, and many organs of the body can be involved. There is no clinical cure for rheumatoid arthritis. The main treatment goals are to achieve disease remission or low disease activity, reduce inflammatory response, protect joint function, and reduce joint destruction. Current treatment measures include health education, general therapy, medications, and surgical intervention. Health education: full awareness of the disease, smoking cessation, and prevention of infection and other factors that trigger disease activity. General treatment includes: joint protection, pay attention to joint warmth, especially in winter, avoid contact with cold water, wear gloves and knee pads to keep warm; avoid overexertion and reduce heavy physical work. Rehabilitation of joint function, etc. Medication: First of all, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as diclofenac sodium tablets and meloxicam, can reduce the symptoms of arthritis, but cannot stop the progress of joint destruction. Traditional disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs include methotrexate, leflunomide, and salazosulfapyridine, which have a slow onset of action and can effectively organize the onset and progression of joint destruction. Biological agents and small molecule targeted drugs mainly target cytokines and cell surface molecules. In addition, small doses and short courses of glucocorticoids can be used for rheumatoid arthritis treatment, but attention is paid to prevent the occurrence of osteoporosis. Surgery: Surgery can be chosen for patients who are ineffective with medical treatment or have severe joint deformity and dysfunction. At present, tendon repair, synovectomy and joint replacement surgery are more frequently performed. With the development of medical technology, many anti-rheumatic drugs have emerged, and after early diagnosis and standardized treatment, many patients can achieve remission. In short, rheumatism and rheumatoid rheumatism have many of the same treatment methods, mainly drugs. Usual health education is also crucial, such as controlling symptoms, preventing and controlling recurrence of the disease, and reducing the rate of disability is an overall treatment goal, and specific treatment should be standardized under the guidance of doctors.
