Increasingly large handwriting (dysgraphia) is one of the clinical manifestations of cerebellar ataxia, a disorder of random motor coordination. Cerebellar hemisphere damage leads to ataxia of the ipsilateral limbs. The body’s posture maintenance and random movement completion are closely related to the brain, basal ganglia cerebellum, vestibular system, deep senses and so on. Damage to these systems will lead to poor coordination of movement, balance disorders, etc. These signs and symptoms are called ataxia. Cerebellar ataxia should be differentiated from the symptoms caused by random motor coordination disorders. 1. Isolated renal function is good, and it is usually difficult to detect. Often for some reason, B-type ultrasound or CT examination of the two kidneys found that one side of the kidney is missing. 2.Delta asymmetry in cystoscopy and absence of ureteral orifice on one side. 3.Urethrogram and intravenous urography show that one side of the kidney has no renal shadow and does not appear, and the opposite side of the kidney is compensated to increase, and attention should be paid to exclude other causes of renal non-appearance, such as advanced renal tuberculosis, renal hypoplasia, and so on. 4. Retroperitoneal pneumography, B-mode ultrasonography and CT examination show no kidney on one side.
