Increasingly large handwriting (dysgraphia) is one of the clinical manifestations of cerebellar ataxia causing disorders of random motor coordination. Damage to the cerebellar hemispheres leads to ataxia of the ipsilateral limbs. Posture maintenance and completion of random movements in the human body are closely related to the brain, basal ganglia cerebellum, vestibular system, and deep senses. Damage to these systems will lead to poor coordination of movement, balance disorders, etc. These signs and symptoms are called ataxia. Examination 1. Isolated kidneys with good function are usually difficult to detect. Often for some reason, B-mode ultrasound or CT examination of the two kidneys found that one side of the kidney is missing. 2.The triangle is asymmetric during cystoscopy, and one side of the ureteral orifice is absent. 3.Urinal radiographs and intravenous urography show that one side of the kidney has no renal shadow or does not appear, and the opposite side of the kidney is compensated for the increase in size, and attention must be paid to exclude other causes of renal non-appearance, such as advanced renal tuberculosis, renal hypoplasia, and so on. 4. Retroperitoneal gas injection angiography, B-mode ultrasonography and CT examination show no kidney on one side. Symptoms caused by cerebellar ataxia should be differentiated from those caused by random motor coordination disorder. Treatment The diagnosis is based on the cause of the disease and the treatment is directed at the primary cause. Prognosis No information is available at this time.
