What nutritional supplements should be taken care of for TB patients?

Tuberculosis is a chronic wasting disease and attention must be paid to nutrition, which, in addition to maintaining normal physiological needs, must also supplement the needs of depletion and repair due to the disease. The nutrients required by the human body include: protein, sugar, fat, vitamins and trace elements, etc. There are two kinds of proteins: one is animal protein, such as various kinds of meat, chicken, duck, fish, shrimp and eggs, etc.; one is vegetable protein, mainly from beans and peanuts, etc. The main source of sugar is grains and potatoes. Fat comes from animal oil and vegetable oil. Vitamins come from various vegetables, fruits, etc. Trace elements are mainly from milk, eggs, vegetables, beans, fish and shrimps, etc. All these nutrients are needed by TB patients. There is no specific rule on how much is good to eat, it varies from person to person. Generally speaking, the main food, meat, eggs, vegetables and soup should be well-matched, with meat and vegetables, vegetables and soup, and eat enough, not partial food.
