What are the precautions after emergency suturing?

  Precautions: 1.Keep the wound dry and clean after surgery, avoid spicy and stimulating, seafood diet; 2. Change the medication 1 to 3 days after surgery, after 3 days daily alcohol self-cleaning wound, erythromycin ophthalmic ointment applied to the wound (twice a day), if necessary to give wound coverage and protection; 3. Remove the stitches 7 days after surgery, 8 days to clean the wound, then you can start anti-scar treatment (last six months); 4. Strict sun protection after surgery 6 months; 5. Six months after surgery and one year follow-up to determine the need for continued scar prevention treatment.  Note: The post-operative medical advice regarding dietary aspects and sun protection is the doctor’s experience; smaller patients’ wounds always require gauze coverage for protection.
