After a short pause, then the body will rise up, and in the process, the two hands will arc downward to recover the chest, and at the same time to recover the left leg, and return to a natural standing position. This is the left form, the right form and vice versa. Left and right switch practice six times. (C) “regulating the spleen and stomach must be a single lift” method Stand naturally, the left hand slowly from the side of the body up to the head, turn the palm up, and to the left side of the force to lift the support, while the right hand down the press should be. (H) “Behind the seven upside down” method Two feet together, two legs upright, body relaxation, two arms naturally down, fingers together, palm pointing forward. Then press the flat palms of both hands, follow the trend of the two heels upward, a short pause, the two heels down to the ground. Repeat the exercise six times.
