Daily management of systemic lupus erythematosus

There is no uniform standard on how long the interval between laboratory tests and what kind of items to check for SLE, and the excerpts of foreign programs are now available for patients’ reference.
2~4 weeks interval
1. Blood count: HB, WBC count, platelets.
2, Blood sedimentation, CRP.
3, Complement; Wang Zhankui, Department of Rheumatology and Immunology, Qifoshan Hospital, Shandong Province
4, Blood biochemistry (especially BUN, Cr)
5, Urine examination (protein, urine sediment)
3~6 months interval
1, chest X-ray examination.
2, anti-nuclear antibody.
6~12 months interval
1, electrocardiogram
2, Respiratory function.
3, Gastric endoscopy (ulcers caused by hormones).
