Six questions and six answers for outpatients after their visit

There are many patients in the outpatient clinic, time is tight, and the time to communicate with patients is very limited. Through communication with a large number of repeat patients, I found that the following 6 questions are very critical in my opinion, so I would like to emphasize them here, hoping to better serve my patient friends. Chen Ruixue, Department of Gynecology, Guang’anmen Hospital, Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine

1.How to check islet function?
A: Bring a 2 tael bun in the morning on an empty stomach, draw blood first on an empty stomach, time to start eating the bun, and draw the 2nd blood after 1 hour; draw the 3rd blood after 2 hours.

2.Cautions for taking oral tonics
A: Take the medicine half an hour to one hour after breakfast and dinner. The medicine can also be taken during menstruation. Avoid eating green beans and cold food. Spicy food and seafood in moderation. Stop taking this medicine during the period of cold.

3.Melting method of Colla Corii Asini
A: Pour the 7 pairs of gum into a porcelain bowl, add yellow wine or water (just cover the gum), put it into a pot and steam it until it melts, then take an appropriate amount (about 1/14) each time you take the medicine and add it to the boiled soup.

4.Cumin external use
A: Fry and crush the cumin in the bag, mix it into the leftover dregs, wrap it in gauze and put it on the abdomen/waist for 20-30 minutes every night, taking care not to burn it (don’t put the cumin into the soup and boil it)

5.How to hang up the number
Answer.
Method 1: 114 telephone appointment time: gynecology deputy chief physician, Monday afternoon, Wednesday morning, specializing in the treatment of infertility, gynecological tumors, menstrual disease, pelvic inflammatory disease (Monday morning fetal abortion special clinic, window registration without appointment)
Method 2: Patients who use the telephone consultation service: I will communicate with you whether it is necessary to visit the clinic according to your condition, and if necessary, I will confirm the appointment time with you (this is very important for patients from other places or patients who want to visit the clinic for the first time, as we often find that many patients come all the way here and cannot get a number to delay their condition). I will treasure the opportunity to communicate with each patient.

6.Why should I apply for “outpatient coverage” on my personal website?
A: I have very limited time outside of the clinic, and I have no time to take care of new patients’ questions, so in order to solve the problems submitted by patients who have already been seen, I will focus on and respond to the questions submitted by patients who have already passed the audit. At the same time, I will also make use of some outpatient-specific features provided by the website to give my patients better, more and more effective rehabilitation guidance and attention.
