How parents can briefly determine the type of precordial disease

There are two main types of congenital heart disease: the first type is left-to-right shunt congenital heart disease. The most common ones are “ventricular septal defect, atrial septal defect, and patent ductus arteriosus”. Other common manifestations are the tendency to develop respiratory infections, such as cough, fever, pneumonia, and even combined heart failure. The second type is right-to-left shunt precordial disease. The most common ones are “tetralogy of Fallot” and others. This is characterized by cyanosis of the lips and nails and a purple color. The child is poorly developed, walks late, and likes to squat after exercise.
