Why do you sneeze all the time?

Sneezing is one of the symptoms of cold and many kinds of rhinitis. If you don’t have a cold but you sneeze all the time, it means you may have some kind of nose disease and need to receive treatment. 1. Cold. This is the most common reason for sneezing. The sneezing is accompanied by the two common symptoms of runny nose and nasal congestion. If it is a cold that causes sneezing, it is relatively easy to solve. As long as the immune system improves and the white blood cells kill the germs, the symptoms of sneezing will disappear completely. 2. Allergic rhinitis. Some people react greatly to substances such as pollen and dust mites. When they are exposed to these substances, they will have a much greater reaction than normal, such as sneezing. Some people’s eyes also feel itchy. These people leave the allergen and wash their nose with saline to eliminate sneezing. 3. Acute rhinitis. When you are in the early stage of acute rhinitis, you will produce frequent sneezing. At the acute stage, the frequency of sneezing becomes higher. It is important to go to the hospital to treat this disease so that it does not develop into chronic rhinitis, which is more difficult to cure. If sneezing is unpleasant all the time and there are many ways that cannot relieve it, you should go to a regular medical institution and let a competent doctor diagnose which kind of nasal disease you are suffering from.
