What are the causes of cardiac decompensation?

Heart failure is a group of syndromes caused by the impaired filling and/or ejection capacity of the ventricles due to various structural or functional heart diseases. The clinical manifestations are mainly dyspnea, weakness leading to limitation of physical activity and edema. (Treatment of the disease should include prevention and delay of the onset of heart failure, relief of clinical heart failure symptoms, improvement of its long-term prognosis and reduction of mortality). The period of cardiac decompensation is a priority period for monitoring and treatment. The purpose of cardiac decompensation monitoring is to detect changes in the patient’s condition in time to take effective resuscitation measures. Continuous monitoring of changes in key indicators can assist in diagnosis, guide treatment, assess changes in condition, evaluate treatment response and determine prognosis. Attention is paid to the control of blood pressure, treatment of underlying diseases, and control of the amount of infusion into the body, etc.
