Contraindications to radiation therapy for tumors

Contraindications to radiotherapy are relative and change with time, experience, equipment, etc. In addition to the special contraindications for various tumors, in general, the following conditions can be considered as contraindications: 1.patients with poor general condition and malignant quality; 2.poor blood picture, WBC<3.0×109/L, PLT<50×109/L, Hb<90g/L; 3.combined with various infectious diseases, such as active hepatitis, active tuberculosis; 4.important organs, such as heart, lung, liver, kidney, etc., with serious functional insufficiency; 5.tumors with moderate radiosensitivity and extensive distant metastases or recent severe metastases after adequate radiotherapy. 5.Tumors with moderate radiosensitivity have extensive distant metastases or recurrence in the near future after adequate radiotherapy; 6.Recurrence of severe radiation injury sites.
