Quit your phone before bed like you quit smoking

Quitting any “addiction” requires strong restraint, and so does quitting the cell phone. If you are lying in bed and can’t control your hand to get the phone, then put the phone far away. When you do this for a while, you will find that you don’t look at your phone before going to bed, you don’t have to brush Twitter all the time, and your life is not missing anything.
