What should I do if my uterus has a thin lining?

The endometrial tolerance is a key component of successful embryo implantation in assisted reproductive technology, and a fertile and nutritious “soil” is a very important factor to ensure the “seed” to be implanted. The poor growth of the endometrium is a difficult clinical problem, and the ineffectiveness of various medications has caused great problems for clinicians and patients. Studies have found that the endometrial thickness required for pregnancy is at least 7 mm, and if the endometrial thickness is too thin, the pregnancy rate is very low or no pregnancy occurs. The main causes of endometrial dysplasia are congenital dysplasia of the uterus, inadequate estrogen and progesterone levels, defects in endometrial vascular growth, and endometrial trauma such as a history of uterine surgery and Asheman’s syndrome. How to treat patients with endometrial dysplasia has been a hot topic and focus of clinical research, and studies have been reported on the use of exogenous estrogen, low-dose anticoagulant aspirin, sildenafil, growth hormone, and mechanically stimulated scratching of the endometrium. The efficacy of these methods is more or less certain or inexact, so it is necessary to find new, safer and more effective treatment methods. Low-frequency current is widely used in medicine for physical therapy, which is based on the principle of excitation of nerve and muscle tissue, analgesia and promotion of blood circulation. Based on the principle that biomimetic electrotherapy can improve local blood flow to the pelvic floor and increase endometrial blood flow and thickness, our center started biomimetic electrotherapy (also known as pelvic floor therapy) for patients with endometrial dysplasia at the end of 2012, and has established a standardized and skilled treatment procedure. In 2013, we treated about 110 patients/session per month, and the current data indicate that its efficacy is satisfactory: the pregnancy rate after treatment reached 29.34%, and the improvement rate of menstrual flow and endometrial blood flow reached 45.11%. the treatment volume in 2014 is increasing month by month, and this year we intend to increase the equipment and space to meet the expanding treatment demand. The scope of pelvic floor treatment is very broad: 1. Anyone who has poor endometrial growth and requires fertility. 2.Diseases related to poor blood circulation and muscle nerve function, such as vaginal endometrial atrophy, urogenital dysfunction, muscle atrophy, postpartum pelvic floor muscle relaxation, etc. One regular course of pelvic floor treatment is 10 times, each treatment takes about 40 minutes, and treatment can be started right after menstruation, once a day, and endothelial blood flow can be improved significantly after 1-2 courses, and the efficacy is better after 2-3 courses. Treatment appointments can be scheduled in advance to make it easier for us to arrange our work and reduce your waiting time. If you have limited time and cannot complete the entire course of treatment, you can also schedule an appointment for a single treatment. Each person has a special vaginal probe that will be sterilized before use, so you don’t have to worry about causing vaginal infection or discomfort.
