Minimally invasive treatment of femoral stem fractures

  Femoral stem fractures are mostly caused by huge violent trauma, and the best treatment option for femoral stem fractures is internal fixation with closed reduction intramedullary nailing, which has the advantages of minimally invasive, less injury, fast recovery, and good fracture healing, with 99.1% fracture healing and very few problems of internal fixation breakage. The patient was a 26-year-old male, van driver, who was injured in a car accident, and after the injury, he developed bilateral swelling and painful functional obstruction of the thighs. He was admitted to our hospital as an emergency after the injury. Minimally invasive treatment was performed after completion of preoperative examination.
