The pathogenesis of breast cancer is still unclear, but the following risk factors are recognized: 1) genetic factors: breast cancer has family aggregation, and those with a history of breast cancer in the first degree of immediate family members have an increased risk of breast cancer; 2) gene expression: patients with BRCA1 and BRCA2 gene mutations have a higher chance of breast cancer; 3) people with menarche <12 years old or menopause >55 years old have a corresponding increase in incidence; 4) high-dose radiotherapy to the chest; 5) late marriage, late childbearing, infertility, and non-breastfeeding women; 6) obesity, smoking history, environmental factors, long-term use of estrogenic drugs, dietary factors, and mental factors.
