There are many exercise movements for the treatment of cervical spondylosis, and the main exercise methods for the neck include six kinds of methods, such as forward flexion and back extension method, left and right lateral flexion method, left and right rotation method, forward extension and rotation method, back extension and rotation method and ring rotation method. In the method of forward flexion and backward extension, the patient is allowed to sit or stand with the feet apart and shoulder-width apart, and the head is tilted back when inhaling, so that the neck is fully extended backward, and the neck is flexed forward as much as possible when exhaling. Left and right lateral flexion method, let the patient flex the head to the left side during inspiration and return to neutral position during exhalation, then do the right side flexion and return action in the same way. The left-right rotation method involves turning the head and neck back to the right with the eyes looking to the right rear during inspiration and returning to the neutral position during exhalation, followed by a backward turn to the left and return to the neutral position in the same manner. In the forward rotation method, the head is stretched forward and turned sideways to the lower right front during inhalation, looking to the lower right front, returning the neck to the neutral position during exhalation, followed by the forward neck extension and return to the lower left front. Back extension and rotation method, when inhaling, the head and neck turn to the upper right back as far as possible, look to the upper right back, when exhaling, return to the positive position, then do the neck turn to the upper left back and return to the movement. In the ring rotation method, the head and neck are turned around several times to the left and right. Through these six methods of functional exercise, in the process of exercise need to pay attention to the slow movement, try to do the entire movement several times.
