The plasma membrane surface of the sheath can secrete fluid, which can be absorbed at a constant rate through the internal spermatic vein and lymphatic system. When the secretion increases or the absorption decreases, the fluid accumulated in the sheath bursa exceeds the normal amount and a cyst is formed, which is called syringomyelia. A pear-shaped or oval-shaped scrotal mass, cystic in nature, may be seen in the scrotum with a transillumination test (+) or a transillumination test (-) in case of combined infection. 3. In case of traffic syringomyelia, the size of the mass may change with the change of body position. Health education: 1. It is not easy to participate in physical labor or strenuous exercise within 3 months after surgery. 2. Eat a high protein, high vitamin, easy to digest, fiber-rich diet. Improve the body’s resistance and prevent constipation. 3.Keep a happy mood and develop good habits.
