How is dribbling after urination checked?

The first thing you need to do is to start urinating, and then you will have the urge to urinate. The actual fact is that you will be able to get a lot more than just a few drops of water after you finish urinating, just like a few drops of water after you turn off the faucet. Diagnostic tests for dripping after urination: 1. Physical examination: check whether the patient is unresponsive, anemic or not, and whether there is swelling. Hypertension (to identify or exclude clues of early uremia); the presence or absence of abdominal mass and its location (to determine the compensatory or decompensated stage of urinary tract obstruction); the presence or absence of urethral discharge and whether the epididymis is enlarged (to determine the presence or absence of co-infection). 2.Anal finger examination: check the anal sphincter tone (to distinguish neurogenic bladder) and prostate condition, pay attention to the size of prostate, whether the central groove disappears, whether there are nodules, hardness of prostate, and whether there is pressure pain. 3, laboratory tests: urine routine to note the presence of combined urinary tract infections; routine blood and biochemical tests: lower hemoglobin and elevated urea nitrogen suggest uremia.
