Care for cervical spinal cord injury is mainly in the following areas: (1) lung care, encourage sputum excretion, back patting, nebulized inhalation to dilute sputum and prevent lung infection; (2) prevention of decubitus ulcers, turning regularly (2-3 hours, once), preferably tiptoeing the bony prominence of the pelvic sacrococcygeal and heel; if the skin is red, massage as much as possible; (3) prevention of urinary stones, drink as much water as possible; (4) prevention of urethral infection, care for the urethra 4-6 times a day, remove urethral discharge and keep it clean.
