There are several stages of herpes pharyngitis

Herpes isthmus is a disease of acute fever and small blisters and ulcers in the pharyngeal isthmus caused by enteroviruses. It occurs in children, is disseminated or epidemic, and can be divided into three stages: incubation period, acute period and recovery period. 1. Incubation period: After infection with enterovirus causing herpes pharyngitis, the body will not develop symptoms immediately, but there will be a period of incubation before the onset of the disease. 2. Acute stage: Because herpes pharyngitis has the characteristic of acute onset, patients will enter the acute onset stage in a relatively short period of time, patients in this stage will mainly appear sore throat, fever, mouth pain, cough, loss of appetite and other symptoms. 3. Recovery phase: The recovery phase is similar to the incubation phase, and most patients are asymptomatic. If symptoms of herpes pharyngitis appear, it is recommended to consult a physician for symptomatic treatment.
