Laryngoscopic removal: fishbone stuck deeper in the throat often needs to be removed with the help of special professional instruments after the exact location of the foreign body is clarified through different types of laryngoscopes (indirect laryngoscopy, electronic laryngoscopy and direct laryngoscopy, etc.). 3. Gastroscopic removal: If no obvious foreign body is found by laryngoscopy, it is necessary to improve the hypopharyngeal and esophageal thin-layer CT examination to exclude the possibility of being stuck in the esophagus. When the fishbone is stuck in the esophagus, it can be removed through the electronic gastroscope. When the patient has a fishbone stuck in the throat, it is recommended to actively seek medical treatment, systematic examination and standardized treatment as prescribed by the doctor to avoid unnecessary damage.
