Can you run after dental implant surgery?

Running and other strenuous activities are not recommended after dental implant surgery.
Dental implant technology is mainly used in dentistry to repair the symptoms of missing teeth, with the advantages of comfort and durability without damaging the neighboring teeth; the specific way is that the doctor firstly implanted an implant in the jawbone of the missing teeth area, and after three to six months of healing with the surrounding bone tissues, then carry out the subsequent restoration of the dental crown.
As dental implant is a kind of traumatic surgery, the jawbone needs to be drilled and ground to prepare a hole when implant is inserted, and there will be pain and bleeding after the surgery; therefore, it is not recommended to do strenuous exercise such as running after dental implant to avoid tearing of the wound, bleeding, and aggravation of the pain. If any of the above symptoms occur, it is recommended to seek medical treatment for wound closure, re-pressure to stop bleeding or pain relief.
